With the launch of Amazon Diagnostics, users can now book lab tests directly through Amazon’s platform, schedule sample collection at their convenience, and receive digital test reports, in some cases within just six hours. The service covers more than 450 pin codes and includes access to over 800 diagnostic tests, targeting high-density metropolitan areas where access to healthcare often faces logistical bottlenecks.
Amazon Deepens Its Connected Care Strategy
This diagnostics rollout is not an isolated move but rather a continuation of Amazon India’s growing healthcare portfolio, which already includes Amazon Pharmacy and the recently introduced Amazon Clinic.
